Monsieur Croche – A Conversation with Debussy
When Debussy became music critic for leading Parisian artistic journal, La Revue Blanche in 1904, he penned imaginative articles in the form of a conversation with a fictitious character by the name of Monsieur Croche. Kheops Ensemble present a programme inspired by pieces related to these imaginary and often wry conversations.
